Boneless Sashimi-grade salmon portions, lightly brined and naturally smoked to our own recipe, in our own smokehouse in south London. These are great to slice and eat uncooked, sashimi style. Farmed Faroe Island salmon.
Ingredients, Storage & Cooking:
Salmon [FISH], Salt, Smoke. Allergens in bold.
Keep refrigerated between 0°c – 5°c. Shelf life 10 days. May contain bones.
Cooking instructions: Gently Poach in simmering water for 8 – 10 minutes, serve with potatoes, salad & Dill sauce!
